By using FrogLog, you agree to these terms. They're written in plain English — please read them.
FrogLog - The Frog Keeper ("FrogLog", "the app") is a mobile application for tracking dart frog and amphibian collections, vivariums, breeding records, and care schedules. It is developed and operated by Dylan Medina ("we", "us", "our").
FrogLog is free to download and use with the following limits:
Full access — unlimited animals, vivariums, and all features — is available via a one-time in-app purchase of $4.99. This is a permanent unlock; no recurring charges.
All purchases are processed through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Google). We do not handle payment information directly. Refunds are subject to the refund policies of those platforms. We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use FrogLog. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter into FrogLog. We don't verify the information you provide about your animals, vivariums, or breeding records — it's your collection, your responsibility.
You retain ownership of all content you create in the app. By using FrogLog, you grant us a limited license to store and serve that content solely for the purpose of operating the service.
FrogLog allows users to transfer animal records to other users. By initiating or accepting a transfer, you agree that you are accurately representing ownership. We are not responsible for disputes between users regarding animal ownership or transfers. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the transfer system.

FrogLog is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime or that the app will be error-free. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We are not liable for any loss of data or interruption of service.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via the app or email before the changes take effect. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
